The purchase of any travel services offered by Blue Diamond - constitutes a contractual agreement. We, therefore, recommend that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions prior to booking.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with an attachment containing the voucher with a booking number and a list of services purchased and information of suppliers. Please check the details of your confirmation carefully to ensure they are exactly as you requested.
We may alter the terms periodically and you, the user, are advised to check the website to consider any changes to the terms which apply to you. Your hire of any car is subject to the terms & conditions of car hire imposed by the car hire company and to the corresponding laws of Iceland. Individual restrictions may also apply to your car hire. Your booking of any tours or services is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the tour provider or exhibition and to the corresponding laws of Iceland. Your booking of any rooms is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the accommodation provider and to the corresponding laws of Iceland. Your booking of any flight is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the flight provider and to the corresponding laws of Iceland. Your continued use of www.bluediamond.is after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. Day tours & Accommodation:
The 30% confirmation fee, from your booking, is non-refundable to cover costs of booking tours and/or services. Cancellations made less than 7 days before a tour are non-refundable.
Cancel more than one week prior to the rental and get a full refund (100%).
Cancel in the last week before your rental and pay 10% of the rental amount.
In case of a no-show or last day cancellation we charge 100% of the rental amount.
Blue Diamond does not operate any tours or accommodation, or provide any direct car rental service other than booking. Blue Diamond does not charge users any extra fees, and as such, cannot be liable for any accidents, losses, injuries, damages, delays, expenses due to any action or inaction on the part of the operator, guide or his/her services. No responsibility is accepted for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services or because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules, or other similar causes beyond our control. With purchase through our website, you accept these conditions and confirm that you understand them and that you accept responsibility for your participation.
Blue Diamond strongly recommends to all its clients to purchase travel insurance from a reputable provider in their country of origin, prior to their journey to Iceland. It is important for all travellers to protect themselves in the case of unforeseen problems or additional costs.
Services booked directly at www.bluediamond.is require a valid credit card that is charged upon booking. In the event of a cancellation by the supplier or if a tour becomes unavailable from a supplier, an alternative tour will be offered. If the customer does not accept the alternative, or if www.bluediamond.is is not able to offer an alternative, a full refund will be made.
All prices quoted on www.bluediamond.is are in Icelandic krona's (ISK) and calculated per person unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice in the event of currency fluctuations, government taxes, or any such cost increase, which is beyond Blue Diamond’s control.
After the payment has been confirmed, the price is guaranteed against any surcharge, unless an increase is due to government laws or currency changes.
